日進市で、主に日進西中学校の生徒を中心に、生徒みずから主体性を持って学び、自分のペースで勉強できる、ICTを活用した自立学習による学びの場を提供している、セルモ日進西小学校前教室 塾長の西尾です。
I’m Nishio, the head of the Selmo Nisshin Nishi Elementary School Classroom, located in Nisshin City. Our focus is on providing a learning space primarily for students from Nisshin Nishi Junior High School, where they can take initiative in their studies, learn at their own pace, and utilize ICT for independent learning.

Thursday is English conversation day! Today, we enjoyed playing board games in English!
11月から毎週木曜日に日進ベタニヤ教会で行われている英会話教室に通っています。
I’ve been attending an English conversation class held every Thursday at Nisshin Bethany Church since November.
今日は、人数が少なかったので、サナ先生がボードゲームを用意してくれていました！
Since there were only a few of us today, Teacher Sanna had prepared some board games for us!
プレイしたのは、ラビリンス（迷宮）というボードゲーム。
迷路の中を宝物を探してコマを進めていくのですが、インディー・ジョーンズの映画のように、迷路が”動く”ので、道が毎回変わってしまいます。
The game we played was a board game called “Labyrinth.” In the game, you move your piece through a maze in search of treasures. However, just like in an Indiana Jones movie, the maze “shifts,” so the path changes every time!
自分のターンでどう道をつなげるか。毎回頭を捻りながら、道を動かします。
On your turn, you have to think hard about how to connect the paths. Each time, you shift the maze while strategizing your next move.
サナ先生が一番でゴールです！

そういえば、教会の飾りもテーブルクロスもすべて秋を感じる色合いに模様替えされていましたね。
Now that you mention it, all the decorations at the church, including the tablecloths, had been changed to autumn colors as well. It really felt like fall!
最近段々と短くなってきてしまった秋ですが、気持ちよく過ごしたいですね！
Although autumn seems to be getting shorter each year, I hope we can still enjoy it to the fullest!
